Drawing on data from the SCOHPICA Health Professionals Cohort<\/strong>, this webinar will provide insights into the following questions through three presentations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Perceived quality of care<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do healthcare professionals assess the quality of care provided to patients? Does this perception vary according to profession and practice setting, and what factors are associated with it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Professional experiences across practice settings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do professional experiences, well-being, and intention to stay in the profession vary across care settings among nurses and physicians?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Advanced nursing practice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do the roles of registered nurses, specialist nurses, and advanced practice nurses differ? To what extent is their involvement in advanced nursing practice activities associated with job satisfaction, well-being, and intention to stay in the profession? (NURSCOPE Study)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
