More specifically, the project pursues four objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:1%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:99%\">\n<p>1. Identify the underlying mechanisms that foster HCPs\u2019 intention to remain in their profession and promote greater well\u2011being;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Characterize HCPs\u2019 career trajectories and identify distinct trajectory patterns or clusters (WP2);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Provide an in\u2011depth understanding of the motives and processes influencing HCPs\u2019 future intentions to stay in their profession (WP3);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Integrate quantitative and qualitative evidence to deliver actionable insights for healthcare stakeholders and inform potential interventions
