<\/strong>The overarching aim of this project is to generate comprehensive, nationwide evidence to support the monitoring, management, and retention of healthcare professionals (HCPs) over time, considering their career trajectories and evolution. More specifically, the project pursues four objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Identify the underlying mechanisms that foster HCPs\u2019 intention to remain in their profession and promote greater well\u2011being;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Characterize HCPs\u2019 career trajectories and identify distinct trajectory patterns or clusters (WP2);<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Provide an in\u2011depth understanding of the motives and processes influencing HCPs\u2019 future intentions to stay in their profession (WP3);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
