This presentation will be the opportunity to present the results of the analysis of the nearly 2,000 free comments left by SCOHPICA respondents at the end of the baseline questionnaire in 2022 and 2023. It will highlight the themes and sub-themes which, for respondents, have an impact on their intention to stay, taking into account their professional groups and working contexts. This analysis will be put into perspective with the issue of healthcare professionals’ retention in healthcare institutions and, more broadly, in the healthcare system.
