2. Professional experiences across practice settings
How do professional experiences, well-being, and intention to stay in the profession vary across care settings among nurses and physicians?
3. Advanced nursing practice
How do the roles of registered nurses, specialist nurses, and advanced practice nurses differ? To what extent is their involvement in advanced nursing practice activities associated with job satisfaction, well-being, and intention to stay in the profession? (NURSCOPE Study)
